Our approach is flexible and tailored to the needs of each student-athlete. We begin by understanding their unique challenges and goals through the complimentary introduction session. 


From there, we develop a customized plan that integrates mental training into their routine. Sessions focus on practical application, allowing athletes to see real progress in their performance and mindset. 


Athletes can engage in short-term intensive programs or ongoing support to build long-lasting mental skills that will benefit them beyond their sport.

Type of Sessions

Individual Sessions

Within 1-v-1 sessions, I collaborate with the individual to create specialized strategies that will enhance their ability to prepare, execute, and generally maintain mental toughness and peak performance.

Team Sessions

Your entire team will perform at its peak thanks to our specialized sport psychology training services. To identify the sport psychology themes that will most benefit the team's confidence, motivation, and general mental game, I employ the same methods and tools that I use with individuals.

Specialized Programs

The Podium Mindset offers two exceptional sport psychology programs designed to elevate athletes' mental game. 


The "Develop Your Mental Toolbox" program is an 8-month program that equips athletes with a comprehensive overview of essential mental skills to ensure they gain the knowledge needed to enhance their performance and well-being in sports. 


The "Next Level Confidence" program is an intensive 3-month course focused on helping athletes develop and maintain a high level of confidence.

Sessions are available both in person and online, depending on your preference and convenience. We aim to provide flexible options to best accommodate your schedule and comfort level.


Pricing can be found on the Pricing tab. Rates vary depending on services. Individual sessions begin at $160  each within bundle deals, or $200 for a single standalone session.


Services include initial intake, follow up sessions, check-ins, home visits, and public exposures. Accepted methods of payment include all major credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, and Vemno. 


Choosing between a specialized program and individual sessions depends on your goals, experience level, and specific needs.


If you're new to sport psychology or unsure where to begin, a specialized program is a great starting point. These programs offer structured guidance on core performance psychology principles and are designed to build foundational skills. They’re also more cost-effective, making them ideal for those who don’t have a specific presenting issue but want to improve their mental game.


On the other hand, individual sessions are best suited for athletes or performers seeking personalized support tailored to their unique challenges or goals. If you have a specific issue you'd like to address—such as performance anxiety, confidence, or focus—individual sessions allow for a more customized approach.
