Athletic Experience
College Achievements
I earned a four-year full ride scholarship to play volleyball at a Division I university. Eastern Michigan University is a part of the Mid-American Conference (MAC). Throughout my time at Eastern, I achieve the following:
- Lead my team to the program's first ever conference championship, earning all-tournament team honors
- Earned first-team All-Mac (2018)
- Voted MVP by teammates
- Tied an Eastern Michigan record with 27 kills in a four-set match against Northern Illinois
- Lead my team in kills for third straight seasons, ending my career with 1341 kills overall
- Ranked 5th overall in total number of kills per one's college career at Eastern
- Academic All-MAC for third-straight seasons
- One of the best all-around players in the Mid-American Conference
Club & High Performance Volleyball Achievements
Club Volleyball Achievements:
I played club volleyball for the Iowa Rockets, Central Iowa Select (CIS), and Six Pack volleyball club, all located in the state of Iowa. During my club volleyball career, I earned the following medals:
- 2013 Silver Medalist-16 Open Division
- 2012 Gold Medalist-15 National Division
- 2011 Bronze Medalist-14 National Division
High Performance Achievements:
I played in four High Performance Championships. This is an international tournament where various countries and states of the United States pick the most elite players to represent their country and/or state. During my high performance career, I earned the following medals:
- 2013 Gold Medalist
- 2012 Silver Medalist
High School Achievements
I attended Solon High School located in Solon, Iowa.
Volleyball Achievements:
- A four-year letter winner and three-time All-WaMaC First Team honoree
- As a senior, I was selected the Class 3A Player of the Year and earned first team all-state honors as my team won the state championship
- Named Most Valuable Player of the state championship tournament during my senior campaign
- Selected to the 2014/2015 ICCA Senior All-Star Spotlight match
- Named Most Valuable Player of the match
- Posted over 1,000 kills throughout my high school career
- Led Solon High School to three state tournament appearances, finishing runner-up on two occasions
- Was named to the AVCA Under Armour All-American Watch List after leading the IHSAA 3A in kills
- Earned honorable mention all-state honors as a sophomore and junior
Track Achievements:
- Selected as a Drake Relays participant (2013, 2014, 2015)
- Selected to the 2015 Senior All-Star Spotlight Meet
- Broke her own record school records on multiple occasions, including three consecutive years in the Open 400M
- Set the school record twice in the Sprint Medley and in 4x400M as a senior
- Finishes at the Iowa State High School Championship:
- As a senior
- 4th in the Open 400M
- 4th in the Sprint Medley
- 6th in the 4x400M
- 8th in the 4x 200M
- broke the school record in the 400-meter and 4x400
- As a junior
- 6th in the sprint medley relay team
